Key Responsibilities:

• Incoming Material Management: Receive, catalog, and organize all incoming visual props and marketing materials, ensuring they meet our sustainability criteria.
• Sustainability Focus: Evaluate and recommend sustainable options for visual props and materials, actively seeking ways to reduce waste and environmental impact.
• Organizational Maintenance: Keep the visual room organized, ensuring all items are properly stored and easily accessible, while also adhering to safety protocols.
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain an accurate inventory of props and materials, conducting regular audits to ensure inventory levels are optimal and sustainable.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand their visual needs and provide timely support with props and materials.
• Safety Compliance: Uphold safety standards in the visual room, ensuring a clean, hazard-free workspace for all employees.

Qualifications:
