Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Showroom Audit Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring that our showroom displays meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and responding to monthly showroom audits that encompass various components, including Visual Merchandising, Marketing strategies, Mattress displays, and RFID technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of monthly showroom audits, analyzing feedback related to Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Mattress presentation, and RFID implementation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to communicate insights and recommendations regarding product quality, packaging, and delivery based on audit findings.
• Ensure strict adherence to all assigned Standard Work processes to maintain consistency and excellence in showroom operations.
• Provide actionable feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and showroom performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve showroom standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in retail management, visual merchandising, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with audit processes and the ability to interpret feedback effectively.
