Job Description: Partner Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to strengthen our relationships with key enterprise-level partners and drive co-marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercialization of partnerships through strategic outreach, innovative marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and collaborative efforts, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Commercialization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner relationships through effective outreach and engagement initiatives.

Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint marketing campaigns that leverage both brands, increasing visibility and driving revenue.

Tradeshow Coordination: Organize and manage participation in industry tradeshows, including booth design, materials preparation, and on-site support to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.

QA Demos Coordination: Work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support to ensure the delivery of high-quality demonstrations for partners and prospects.

Post-Close Management: Lead the management of enterprise-level partnerships post-closing, focusing on retention and ongoing engagement to foster long-term relationships and maximize partnership value.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partner marketing or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in coordinating tradeshows and events.
- Background in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Knowledge of the enterprise software or technology sectors is a plus.
