We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Analytics professional to join our dynamic team in Orlando. In this role, you will leverage data from both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and uncover growth opportunities. Your analytical expertise will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making and enhancing our marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze marketing data from various sources to evaluate campaign performance.
• Identify trends and actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and other analytical experiments to drive continuous improvement in marketing tactics.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enhance overall marketing efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on both digital and traditional methods.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
