We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the presentation of our product shelves, ensuring they are front-faced and visually appealing to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Presentation: Maintain and organize product displays to ensure shelves are front-faced and stocked to create an attractive shopping environment.

• Marketing & Promotions: Efficiently receive and implement marketing and promotional materials, ensuring they are strategically placed to maximize visibility and customer engagement.

• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked and any discrepancies are reported promptly.

• Collaboration: Work closely with store management and other team members to execute merchandising strategies and marketing campaigns effectively.

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers as needed, providing assistance and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
