Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandising Associate to enhance the presentation and accessibility of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our retail shelves are visually appealing and optimally stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Front-Facing: Regularly arrange and front face products on shelves to create an attractive shopping environment. Ensure all product labels are visible and facing forward to engage customers effectively.

• Marketing and Promotional Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to receive and implement promotional materials and displays. Ensure that promotional items are correctly placed and maintained to maximize visibility and sales.

• Inventory Management: Monitor product levels and assist with restocking to ensure shelves are always filled and organized.

• Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and expiration dates, ensuring only the best quality products are displayed.

• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers as needed and answering product-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Prior experience in retail or merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move products as required.
