Job Description: Marketing and Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Client Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, making follow-up telephone calls, and preparing and maintaining client presentations and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments, ensuring efficient time management and positive client experiences.
  • Conduct follow-up telephone calls to clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and nurture relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain engaging client presentations and marketing materials that effectively communicate our services and brand message.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and assist in executing marketing strategies.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and assist in managing client databases.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and projects as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in marketing or client relations is preferred.
