- Optimize digital products focused on personal savings and investments.
- Test initiatives on the portfolio regarding personal savings and investments.
- Analyze data to assess performance and identify pain points.
- Collaborate with partners to understand and address their needs.
- Articulate strategies to improve customer engagement.
- Understand the site and its products online.
- Leverage Adobe Target for optimization.
- Use heat maps to analyze customer interactions with pages.
- Develop hypotheses, conduct market testing, and make business recommendations.
- Publish pages through content delivery.
Desired Skill-Set:
- 3 years of experience with web optimization software such as Adobe Target, Maxymiser, or Google Website Optimizer.
- 3 years of experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform.
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Adobe Certification.
- Banking or financial industry experience.
