Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, summarizing, and reporting on field and channel feedback and activities using our comprehensive reporting tool. You will analyze insights from Experiential and Digital environments to strategically influence the modern buyer’s journey, ensuring our marketing strategies resonate with customers at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Gathering: Collect field and channel feedback daily to understand consumer behaviors and preferences.
• Reporting: Utilize our reporting tool to summarize findings and share insights with relevant teams.
• Market Analysis: Dive into Experiential and Digital environments to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to ensure insights are actionable.
• Buyer Journey Influence: Develop strategies to effectively engage and influence buyers, regardless of where they are in their shopping journey.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A solid understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing landscapes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
