In this role, you will gather, summarize, and report daily on feedback and activities across various channels, including Advocacy, Training, Retail, Virtual, Experiential, and Digital environments. Your insights will play a critical role in influencing the modern buyer’s journey and enhancing our strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feedback Collection: Gather insights from various sources, including field teams, retail partners, and digital platforms, focusing on activities that impact buyer behaviors.
  • Data Analysis: Summarize data findings utilizing our advanced reporting tools to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Reporting: Create and distribute daily reports that convey actionable insights to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Advocacy, Training, Marketing, and Sales teams to align efforts and share findings that enhance overall performance and strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings in an engaging manner to different audiences, driving awareness and understanding of key market dynamics.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and shifts in buyer behavior to continuously refine reporting mechanisms and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficient in reporting tools and data visualization software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
