Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining records and ensuring data integrity. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any discrepancies as well as assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

– Enter and maintain data in our systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
– Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
– Organize and maintain files and records
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in data entry or administrative role is preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
