Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Strategist to join our Compensation Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies aimed at growing our workforce and enhancing overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning that can inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create cohesive messaging and campaigns that resonate with potential clients and candidates.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our compensation offerings.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution, preferably in a compensation or human resources context.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
