Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to financial advisors by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to our services and products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and updates to effectively communicate relevant information to advisors.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting our services to advisors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and advisors.
• Gather feedback from advisors to inform product improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Advisor Services or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Advisor Services products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
