You will engage in a 6-month development program, equipped with the support of both a cohort of peers spanning the US and Canada and the 1:1 mentorship from your local Community Manager. You will play an integral part in supporting activities designed to rally the Yelp community both online and off. Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email. Duties include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders accurately and efficiently. You must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
