This role encompasses various key areas, including Development, Marketing, Training, Fixed Operations, and Retail Operations. As a crucial member of our field office, you will collaborate closely with retail partners to enhance their operations and foster a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Partner with stakeholders to drive initiatives that boost retail sales of hard parts and accessories, ensuring alignment with Subaru’s strategic goals.

• Marketing: Implement effective marketing strategies that promote Subaru products, including Added Security, Starlink, and TradeUp initiatives, to maximize market presence and customer engagement.

• Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to elevate customer interactions and sales performance.

• Fixed Operations: Support and optimize fixed operations by collaborating with service departments to enhance service capabilities and customer satisfaction.

• Retail Operations: Work alongside retail teams to streamline operations, maximize efficiency, and improve overall customer experience across all touchpoints, including digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail operations, sales management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail, customer experience, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for training and development.
• Proficient in digital marketing and familiar with emerging technologies in the automotive industry.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
