Job description: Role: Manual QA Microsoft Dynamics 365
Location: RemoteDuration: 12 monthsWork Schedule: Work hours: EST

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer, Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ( entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views)
• Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Field services
• Hands on with D365 customer service
• Knowledge on Power Platform components like Power apps, Power Automate flow, Canvas Apps
• Working knowledge on D365 marketing (Customer Journeys)
• Experience with API testing in Dynamics 365 CRM, using tools like Postman, Swagger

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals(CRM) or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications#L!-CEIPAL
