Position : FTEJob Description :We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 5 years of experience.Must Haves:

• User Research & Analysis :

• Conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Creating user personas and journey maps.
• Understanding user behavior through data and insights.

• Wireframing & Prototyping :

• Developing wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Testing and iterating designs based on user feedback.

• Interaction Design :

• Designing intuitive navigation flows, layouts, and user interfaces.
• Ensuring designs are responsive and accessible across devices.

• Information Architecture :

• Structuring content and features to optimize usability.
• Creating sitemaps and organizing complex information logically.

• Visual Design Principles :

• Understanding typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
• Creating aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.

• Collaboration & Communication :

• Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Clearly articulating design decisions and rationale.

• Problem-Solving Mindset :

• Addressing user pain points with innovative solutions.
• Prioritizing user needs while aligning with business goals.

• Basic Understanding of Front-End Development :

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Collaborating effectively with developers for implementation.

Good to Haves:

• Advanced Data Analysis : Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to gather user insights.
• UX Writing : Crafting microcopy that enhances user interactions.
• Accessibility Design : Designing experiences compliant with WCAG standards to ensure inclusivity.
• Animation and Motion Design : Using motion to improve user experience and guide interactions.
• Experience with Design Systems : Creating or working within design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies : Participating in sprints and iterative design processes.
• AR/VR or Voice UX Design : Understanding emerging technologies and how to design for new platforms & Stakeholder Management
• Managing feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining user-centric design principles.
• Business Acumen : Aligning UX strategies with business objectives and KPIs.
• Project Management : Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for UX projects.
