Job description: The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for calculating ratings and designing technical proposals for design-build projects. They will work closely with clients, participating in meetings and marketing pursuits to ensure that proposals are accurate and complete. Additionally, they will assist with business development activities, including marketing and proposal preparation as needed. The candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members. A background in engineering or construction is preferred.
