What will your typical day look like?

Our Deloitte Digital practice capitalizes on our diverse, globally recognized brands and capabilities to elevate the human experience in everything we do for our people and every outcome we deliver for our clients. We leverage our unique strengths in creative, design, innovation, strategy, branding, advertising, platforms, and solutions – as well as our continued growth through acquisitions – to bring fully integrated solutions to our clients. You will work on collaborative teams with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations, authoring and delivering presentations.

As part of the Deloitte Digital team, you’ll be part of one of the following practices:

Our Digital Customer offering helps organizations with front and back-office transformation of their user experience and underlying business processes centered around sales and service. The Digital Customer mindset puts humans (rather than transactions) at the heart of the value our clients provide by imagining, delivering and running complex digital ecosystems. We help our clients reach their untapped digital potential using our experience, transferable solutions, and services to improve their customer experience. We strive to enable customer strategies by developing technical solutions that transform customer experience and deliver an end-to-end digital customer journey with Salesforce and other technology platforms.

The Advertising, Marketing & Commerce offering focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that inspire their customers to act. We transform our clients’ marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations by implementing and operating technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce capabilities and user-centric experiences. Our team brings a depth of experience in Marketing Strategy & Customer Insights, Commerce, Advertising & Marketing Technologies, and Operations.

On the Product Factory team, you will innovate, develop and support our growing asset called Health Connect. The Health Connect offering is designed to empower health authorities and health care providers to transform public health systems. You will bring your technical problem-solving skills, in order to deliver on business problems. Product Factory practitioners are passionate about new and leading technology solutions and are driven to learn about them to keep up with market evolution. They possess strong problem-solving, analytical and testing skills, are comfortable working remotely with colleagues, and understand software development and/or configuration principles.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

In this role, the expected qualifications are:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program, graduating in 2022, pursuing Computer Science, IT Management, Information Management, Marketing, Business Technology, or other relevant degree.
  • Digital Customer: working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred), Salesforce products, data modelling, integration, Apex (Front-End/Back-End), Visualforce (Front-End), SOQL (Back-End), Ava (Front-End), Enterprise Content Management (OpenText, Office365, SharePoint), Information Management and Records Management.
  • Advertising, Marketing & Commerce (AMC): Brand Strategy, Advertising Services, Marketing & Digital Strategy, Marketing Enablement, Customer Insights, eCommerce, Advertising & Marketing Technologies (i.e., Adobe products, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform etc.), Marketing Analytics, Customer Experience, Operations
  • Product Factory: Technical problem-solving skills, analytical skills, understanding of software development and/or configuration principles, manual testing, and automation testing tools (e.g. Selenium, python etc).
  • Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions. French and English language working proficiency is required for placement at the Montreal office.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.

Ottawa only: Employees may be required to obtain “reliability” and/or “Secret” level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a “Reliability” status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for “Secret” level, the last ten (10) years.
