Job description: We are currently looking to add to the Adecco family a Digital Content Writer to collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to create, develop and edit innovative digital content. In this role you will also evaluate marketing data and analytics, identifying gaps and making recommendations for improvements to content material.

To be successful in this role, you will have superior writing and editing skills for B2B as well as B2C audiences and strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be organized; deadline driven and have a high attention to detail. You will be skilled at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, respect confidentiality and will be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.


Research industry related topics and generates ideas for new, engaging content composition ensuring adherence to SEO standards. Develops and writes different content types including internal and corporate communications, emails, social media posts, blogs, video scripts and white papers.

Works with the Marketing team to create impactful content ideas while ensuring consistency in brand voice and tones in all material.

Creates content, compelling headlines and body copy that capture the attention of target audiences in order to attract customers and candidates, and boost brand awareness.

Edits, proofreads, and polishes new and existing content to eliminate errors and inconsistencies, and improve readability.

Using marketing analytics, identifies needs and makes recommendations for new content to address gaps in current material.

Reviews and evaluates marketing data and analytics and makes recommendations for new content to address gaps in current content by enriching the website with engaging blog posts and actionable marketing copy.

Conducts keyword research using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

Assists the Marketing team with producing content marketing campaigns to drive leads, subscribers, and candidates.


Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience, preferably in a Content Writer or Copywriter capacity.
Experience working in a creative advertising or marketing agency writing briefs an asset.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
Tech savvy including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Proficient in other Microsoft package including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
Bilingual (English/ French) is a strong asset.
