Your opportunity
Our Toronto office is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and own the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of digital strategy and maintenance of systems, technologies and processes to support the Firm’s digital marketing programs and initiatives.
- Develop and support processes to develop and execute digital paid media campaigns
- Develop, monitor and analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to track, monitor and report key KPI performance and trends at regular intervals for ongoing optimizations and data driven decision-making.
- Provide analytics and dashboards that provide insights and help guide future decisions
- Actively track industry trends, best practices and innovation.
- Manage and support the firm’s digital marketing systems and processes, including content management systems, email marketing tools, CRM, and event management tools
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives related to the firm’s national website, social media channels, email campaigns and content marketing plans
- Optimize marketing spend and forecasting for all acquisition programs
- Collaborate with business development team on automation enhancement and improving lead scoring models to improve MQLs and SQLs

Your experience and education
- You have a University degree in marketing, or a related field
- You have 4 – 5 years of related experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- You have prior paid media and reporting experience, are a strong collaborator with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You have a passion, performance driven mindset and well-rounded understanding of digital marketing technologies (e.g. content management systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platform, CRM, and event management tools), with demonstrated experience implementing, training, trouble-shooting, and enhancing these tools and processes.
- You have experience with Google analytics and any marketing automation platform is a must (preferably Marketo)
- You have proven expertise in digital media platforms and performance driven campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads and other third party ad servers.
- You have demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, including websites, email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM and related technologies
- You have superior problem-solving and analytics skills in order to inform and make data-driven decisions
- If you have experience with HTML, SQL, and Python, it is considered an asset
- You have strong knowledge with PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization
