ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Operations, the Digital Operations Specialist will:
Act as a customer success liaison both internally at EnsembleIQ and with clients dedicated to white glove service
Project management of integrated digital media campaigns
Efficiently and effectively execute digital media projects for clients through web advertising, webinars, email campaigns and content syndication
Monitor the scheduling, pacing, and implementation of all advertising campaigns to ensure timely, accurate execution, and full delivery
Manage multi-dimensional lead generation campaigns
Communicate effectively and closely with sales and support teams including vendors and external teams
Traffic and deploy ads in ad serving platforms and confirm launch success
Ensure that campaign revisions are fully communicated and executed with 100% accuracy
Confirm all projects adhere to tech and creative specifications; support creative/technical related inquiries from clients
Report project results to clients and sales team
Manage advertising specs and guidelines as new partners are added, and as company and product offerings evolve
Support relationships with sales, clients, ad agencies and vendors
Adhere to digital operations processes and brand best practices

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 3 – 4 years customer success experience in media, communications, or related field
- Well developed project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of/experience with digital media execution platforms a strong asset (e.g. CRM systems, digital ad flighting, webinars, email deployment, content management, marketing automation, Adobe CC, social media)
- Strong analytical skills with a creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Process driven, high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines at a time
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written an asset
