We are looking for an Experiential Coordinator for one of our largest Digital and Consumer Electronics teams!

Responsibilities:

  • On-site event coordination/execution for a range of virtual and in-person events, stemming from Tradeshows, Partner Learning Workshops, In-Retail, XM and more!
  • Support planning and executing of Digital Campaigns, and internal sales rallies/conferences
  • Learning and understanding of all Google Products and Services
  • Will need to support in set up demo stations for events
  • Plan and facilitate logistics for all events
  • Budget tracking
  • Sourcing assets and event materials where needed
  • Ongoing management of internal Event Tracker
  • Tracking and management of all event materials and assets daily
  • Creation of event materials and one pagers to set Field Team up for success when attending Events
  • Coordination of event logistics
  • Creation and organization of event recaps
  • Supporting Event Manager with any and all day to day administrative tasks
  • Shipping of assets to Field Team for Events
  • In office/working remote majority of the time (except when needed on site for events, pick up and drop off of assets, etc.)
  • Working with Field and Operations Team to ensure all Reps are scheduled in Mosaic Field system prior to events
  • Relationship building with all Field Team and Management
  • Communication with Field Team prior to, during and post events to ensure successful event planning, activation and wrap up.
  • Coordination with Operations Team and Warehouse to ensure all event assets are accounted for, shipped out and allocated when needed
  • Working with vendors and suppliers
  • Working with Master Trainer to ensure all Event Training Materials are created and distributed to Field Team prior to events
  • Heavy daily use of Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail, Drive and Hangouts/Meet
  • Use and understanding of all Mosaic processes and administrative systems
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning
  • Establish standardized event procedures and train staff into properly executing them
  • Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events
  • Manage event setup, tear-down and follow-up where needed
  • Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise on the event day, and leading up to

Qualifications

  • College or University Degree
  • Must be comfortable working varying hours when needed (this is not your standard 9-5 job)
  • Early mornings, Late nights, weekends during busy event periods
  • Balanced with slow down time between events
  • Must have access to vehicle, mandatory
  • Must be comfortable working in office and remotely
  • Quick learner
  • Tech Savvy
  • Takes responsibility and is accountable for all actions and work produced
  • Eager to learn about Google products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding (but fun!) environment
  • Willingness to travel when needed
  • Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners
  • Ability to work independently and part of the team when needed
  • Ability to work under strict, fast paced and demanding deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure and make split-second decisions
