The Graphic Design Assistant will be an integral member of our expanding marketing team. This newly created position is multi-faceted, challenging, and perfect for someone with a keen sense of design and exploration. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple style guides to build your understanding of our various brand requirements, styles, assets, and marketing collateral.In this exciting and varied role, you will be working across several diverse projects at once as you support the wider team.   • Support the creation of our graphic design library for North American by creating and editing engaging video content for a B2B audience
  • Provide monthly analytics reporting for the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the creation of content that align with our overall digital marketing strategy and brand guidelines
  • Keep abreast of new and emerging graphic design trends and marketing best practices

Other assigned responsibilities

  • Contributes content to the social media content calendar and helps with developing internal and external communications
  • Assists in developing marketing materials including copy, layout, and design elements for brochures, collateral, and promotional materials
  • Monitors annual conference planner to ensure consultants marketing needs are supported
  • Develops familiarity with and knowledge of local markets and clients and supporting other business development needs of the firm regionwide

Software proficiencies

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: specifically in video production tools.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Drupal or similar CMS software.
  • Previous experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

Education, experience, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, Graphic Design or an equivalent level of experience.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a Marketing role preferably in a professional services consulting environment
  • Effective writing and verbal communicator
  • Strong digital marketing acumen.
  • Strong design background with brand guideline knowledge
  • An ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Detail-oriented; able to multi-task and effectively prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • The ability to work autonomously yet in collaboration with other colleagues and our clients
