The Project Manager 2 will coordinate, organize, and perform special work assignments and projects for the Cancer Strategy, Planning & Implementation team at BC Cancer in Vancouver, BC. This includes tasks such as chart reviews and establishing detailed project charters and plans.
Title: Machine Operator
Location: Bridgewater, NS
The Machine Operator position involves operating and maintaining production machinery efficiently to meet quality standards and production targets. Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring machine operations, adjusting settings as needed, conducting quality checks on products, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance on machines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
– Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to ensure product quality
– Conduct quality checks on products to meet quality standards
– Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as necessary
– Complete routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
– Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating machinery
– Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience operating production machinery preferred
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Basic computer skills
