We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for optimizing our interactions with key stakeholders, including Allergan Practice Consultants (APC) and Allergan Digital Consultants (ADC). The ideal candidate will have a proven sales management background, complemented by preferred experience in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with APC and ADC to enhance client engagement and maximize sales opportunities.
- Drive sales strategies that align with company goals and industry trends.
- Develop and implement training programs for sales teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
