- Represent Marketing department on the Acquisition project committee and provide leadership around the transition of marketing assets and key brand positioning
- Liaise with new clinic ownership stakeholders to ensure lead generation continues through clinic rebranding and beyond

- Plan, coordinate, deliver and report on all marketing campaigns within newly acquired clinic markets
- Accountable for hitting primary Marketing funnel KPI targets including upper funnel lead generation, appointment booking, attended appointments and lead quality
- Event management, ensuring local teams have the tools and promotional support required to execute a variety of community engagement activities
- Work with other marketing team members to support M&A integration initiatives across all channels including digital, local, existing client and product/partnerships
- Manage all external agency partnerships related to M&A initiatives
- Cross functional collaboration and support to ensure smooth rebrand transition into Connect Hearing’s national network
Position Specifications:Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing
- 2+ years work experience ideally with agency or lead generation exposure
- Professional business acumen, ability to adapt to evolving situations, and
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in implementing change, navigating multiple stakeholder views, driving consensus, and influencing decision making
- Ability to motivate and collaborate in a positive and proactive manner within a dynamic team environment
- Project Management, ability to manage and lead multiple projects on time and on budget
