Visit to learn more..The Senior Manager of Ad Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of advertising operations including, but not limited to campaign management, inventory, and revenue forecasting. They will lead the Ad Operations team to drive operational efficiencies, while increasing performance across the display ad network. They will also lead the Programmatic exchange business maximizing revenue from remnant inventory as well as the Digital Campaign specialists who are the reporting and insight experts.Key Areas Of Responsibility-Maintain organizational structures to support the sales team; oversee the day-to-day operations of the department including campaign trafficking, delivery, optimization, inventory forecasting and analysis.-Work directly with third party ad servers, rich media vendors, clients, media buying and trafficking teams, and internal sales staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission, and ad trafficking.-Maintain and update internal systems such as the ad server, order management system, reporting tools.-Work with the product team by providing insights and recommendations for new/existing products, trafficking product experiments and monitoring outcomes.-Utilize analytics to monitor performance across all platforms and verticals, identifying any potential issuesWhat You Bring to the Table:-Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration.-8+years experience in Internet advertising industry; ad operations and/or ad-related technical experience.-4+ years experience in managing personnel and complex activities-5+ years experience supporting a sales driven organization.-Expertise in the ad serving and ad operations field; direct experience working with rich media, ad serving, ad network/exchange, and yield management solutions.-Sound technical knowledge of related systems and an understanding of project management fundamentals, web operations, online advertising space, and the complexity of technology as it relates to online ads and ad campaign management.-Knowledge of online advertising industry, trends, technology and pricing models.-Experience with one or more Internet ad exchange, management or targeted marketing applications.-Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.-Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.-Excellent project-management and time-management skills with proven ability to multi-task.-Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.-Proven ability to lead, manage and grow teams.-Ability to translate strategy into a tactical plan & implement the plan.What’s in it for you…-We understand that there is life at work and life outside of work.
