Job description: The role of a Marketing Campaign Coordinator for training and development involves planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote various training programs and initiatives. This individual will work closely with the training team to understand the goals and objectives of each program and develop tailored marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, such as brochures, digital ads, and social media content, to promote training offerings. The coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating email campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate interest and drive attendance for training events.
Additionally, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator will track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collecting feedback and data to continually improve and refine strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of marketing principles to effectively engage and inform participants about training opportunities.
