Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors to the office
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Coordinate office activities and events
– Maintain office supplies inventory
– Assist with HR tasks, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
– Keep office organized and tidy
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
– Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
