Assist with the Membership Application Process:

  • Review the application and check for any missing information

  • Once approved, assist members with getting set up with member benefit partners.

JETS:

  • Receive and process new JETS applications
  • Provide new JETS students with course materials
  • Grade JETS quizzes and return to students with corrections.
  • Provide students with Final Exam Application when they complete all modules.
  • Send Proctor the Final Exam Materials.
  • Grade the JETS Final Exam.
  • Prepare the appropriate course completion package.
  • Ensure JETS Enrollment and Grades excel sheet is updated with each new student, quiz marks, final exam marks.
  • Send the required documentation to the bookkeeper
  • Connect with students quarterly to check in and provide a course progress update.

Requires use of Adobe Reader functions, Excel, and Word.
Membership Certificate Packages:

  • Prepare Member Certificate packages:

o Run letters, certificates, address labels using the Word Mail Merge function
o Include additional marketing materials
o Stuff envelopes with materials and mail
o Reorder supplies as needed

  • Prepare and email digital member certificates to the members who requested one.

Requires use of Membee Reports, Excel sort functions, and Word Mail Merge functions.
Committee Meetings:

  • Send committee meeting invites and include provided meeting agenda
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Prepare meeting minutes and share with Committee Chair for review
  • Once approved, send meeting minutes to committee members

Requires use of Zoom, Google Calendar, and Word.
Online Auction:

  • Upload auction item photos and descriptions
  • Manage live auctions
  • Prepare sold items for delivery
  • Remove or update items as needed for subsequent auctions

Requires use of Auction widget in WordPress.

Member Benefit Partner Lists:

  • Scrub member benefit partner lists.
  • Follow up with any members who have not renewed and encourage renewal.
  • Prepare quarterly JM member numbers.

Requires knowledge of sorting functions in Excel.
FB Group:

  • Review requests to join
  • Review posts to ensure posts are relevant and following group rules
  • Respond to posts
