  • Assist with data organization for the upcoming SAP transition from MP2 at Georgetown facility. Transfer existing CMMS MP2 files to SAP data as requested by project team. Examples include looking at existing PM plans, building Assets Hierarchy in SAP (parent/child relationships), labeling all Assets with correct SAP naming convention.
  • Data mining of maintenance metrics and assist with the development of the weekly & monthly maintenance stewardship. Example includes pulling data from MP2 task filles to understand backlogs, schedule compliance, earned vs actual work efficiencies.
  • Assist with inventory management duties as assigned by maintenance coordinators. Examples include organizing stock room, restocking maintenance store shelves with new or refurbished parts, updating SAP task files to reflect new inventory levels and parts, assist with material receiving process, labeling isles and bin locations for parts storage.
  • Create an Asset and parts criticality list in SAP with support from management. Identify which assets/parts need redundant systems for process and plant to run.
  • Input maintenance contractor, supplier and contacts into SAP for ease of access
