We are seeking an individual with a unique blend of qualities that drive success in our team:
- Master the art of leveraging existing relationships while forging new ones with both current Axway customers and Axway prospects, effectively creating a robust sales pipeline through the use of internal and external resources.
- Showcase exceptional collaboration skills by engaging with a team of internal stakeholders, from frontline employees to C-level executives, guiding lengthy sales cycles to successful conclusions.
- Embrace the role of a trusted advisor when interacting with external stakeholders.
- Achieve sales and performance KPIs, including monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Work closely with Product, Presales, Services, and Support teams to develop an in-depth understanding of Axway’s product suite and professional services.
- Demonstrate persuasive abilities by leading business conversations with the customer.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to gain insights into customer pain points, identify opportunities, stay abreast of market trends, and analyze competitors.
- Utilize the vast resources provided by Axway University to grow knowledge and proficiency in the company, product suite, customer infrastructure, industry, and other areas, fostering continuous professional development.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English and French
- Must be located in Toronto or Québec
- Minimum of 3 years of Enterprise Sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Full-Cycle Sales experience.
- Potential to manage long sales cycles that last a minimum of 4 months.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of business acumen to customers.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed annual sales quotas.
- Ability to collaborate well in a team environment.
- Ability to see opportunities where others see challenges.
- Ability to accommodate up to 25% travel if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling software MFT or API software solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Managed Cloud software products.
- Experience supporting customer data migrations (on-prem to the cloud).
- Axway industry and competitor knowledge.
