Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Business Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving our sales initiatives and fostering new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing weekly sales activities, attending industry-related functions for marketing purposes, and coordinating with Business Development Managers on after-hour or social events.
Key Responsibilities:

Weekly Sales Activity: Execute and track weekly sales and business development activities to meet targets and contribute to overall growth.

Event Attendance: Represent BluSky at industry-related functions, networking events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Collaboration: Coordinate with Business Development Managers regarding after-hour client meetings and social events to strengthen relationships and facilitate business opportunities.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all marketing and business development activities in BluSky’s CRM system, ensuring that all information is updated and readily accessible for analysis.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance promotional efforts that support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to attend events outside of regular business hours as needed.
