The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully remote, requiring excellent communication and self-management skills.What You’ll Do

  • Proactively manage and plan the President’s schedule, appointments, meetings, conferences, events, and presentations, ensuring all logistical details are handled seamlessly.
  • Organize the President’s daily schedule for efficient time management.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and prioritize commitments effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, draft, and proofread emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the President.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings and arrangements for the President.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure travel plans align with the President’s schedule.
  • Assist the President in various projects and trade shows, handling logistics remotely.
  • Provide research and analysis, create expense reports, and support budget planning.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and digital filing systems.
  • Support virtual event coordination and digital communication efforts.
  • Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting c-level executives.
  • A diploma or certificate in administration is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
