Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician III
Location: Windsor, Ontario
BGIS is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician III to join the team in Windsor, Ontario. The Building Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems. This position also handles and completes assigned repair and corrective maintenance work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems
– Respond to routine and emergency service requests
– Handle and complete repair and corrective maintenance work orders
– Maintain accurate records and logs of work performed
– Ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of building maintenance experience
– Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and controls
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– High school diploma or equivalent
