Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
– Assist with organizing meetings and conference calls
– Coordinate travel arrangements
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Perform data entry and update records as needed
– Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and processing mail
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Strong attention to detail
