– Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing orders and managing customer accounts
– Assisting with product inquiries and recommendations
– Communicating effectively with customers through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
– Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
– Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records
– Following company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of customer service

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Expected salary: $90250 – 98000 per year
