  • Lead day to day management and implementation of portfolio initiatives and projects
  • Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Services team to drive your portfolio’s business results, including developing and managing programs and campaigns. This will involve cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, PC Health, Healthcare Products and Services, Pharmacy Operations and others.
  • Work closely with technology partners and the Pharmacy Services team to identify and develop business requirements documentation and SOPs
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations to ensure the implementation and execution of programs
  • Identify new collaborative partnerships across the organization and with external partners as well as other healthcare providers to foster awareness of pharmacy services and inter-professional collaboration
  • Oversee enablement of pharmacy scope of practice and reimbursement, ensuring adherence to provincial guidelines and regulations as practice tools, SOPs, training and store communications are developed.
  • Keep abreast of pharmacy regulatory changes and healthcare trends, ensuring your team maintains documentation of changes for the organization’s benefit as primary care subject matter experts.

Assistant Manager – Licensing

Location: Ottawa, ON

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to provide licensing support to our fast-paced and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records of all licensing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the implementation and maintenance of licensing processes
– Manage the intake and processing of licensing applications

  • Must undergo a successful Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
  • Must obtain Standard First Aid CPR-C within three months of employment
