  • Greet and handle visitors professionally
  • Follow established procedures with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals and coordinate with in-house security as appropriate
  • Handle on-floor guest activities, identify VIP guests and respond to guest food and beverage requests
  • When situated in a Lobby arrival area, implement established security policies and procedures with regard to arriving and departing visitors, contractors, delivery persons, etc.
  • Act as an overall Hospitality ambassador to guests, visitors, and tenants in providing way-finding and amenities within building, commutation and transportation, community retail, neighborhood amenities, and organizational information
  • Answer phone calls, order office and other supplies, set up meeting rooms and provide catering support and set up
  • Maintain knowledge of room features, amenities and technology offerings
  • Maintain current repository of local restaurants, services, hotels, transportation options and assist with related requests
  • Troubleshoot a wide variety of requests and situations, both for guests and for members of the Firm

You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering items to dining room guests.As a Waitstaff, you will be:

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverages in an efficient manner, following established steps of service
  • Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients. Advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodate reasonable requests and notes preferences. Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets
  • Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly, and special requests are accommodated
  • Promptly address complaints or issues, relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor
  • Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep the area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards

  • Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
