We are currently seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, the ideal candidate will work with our clients to understand their financial needs and help them build a payment plan based on individual circumstances and consumer proposal terms.Responsibilities

  • Communicate via email, phone call and SMS with clients to answer questions related to their consumer proposal payment status.
  • Empathetically understand a client’s financial situation and individual needs and build a payment plan that is suitable for them and will assist them in completing their proposals successfully.
  • Thoroughly analyze each file, based on individual consumer proposal terms, to ensure the client is up to date with their payments to avoid cancellation.
  • Clearly document all client interactions.
  • Set up banking agreements and other methods of payment within our firm database.
  • Liaise with other team members to ensure efficient and diligent administration of the consumer proposals.
  • Communicate with debtors regarding delinquent payments.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or related equivalent experience.
  • Previous insolvency administration and/or customer service experience is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Natural ability to recognize and speak to the client’s emotional state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to speak effectively with clients and other stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High computer literacy including the ability to learn new programs.
  • Great interpersonal skills to deal with team members, staff, and clients.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of their workload.

We’re seeking a talented Visual Designer to craft compelling visuals for our flagship games and marketing channels. Reporting to the Art Director, you’ll work remotely alongside Production, LiveOps, Product, UX/UI, and Marketing teams. You’ll quickly learn our style and pipeline, then hit the ground running to deliver polished, production-ready assets. Our goal is that our contractors can jump in, learn the art styles and process and begin contributing to the team in a short period of time.RequirementsThe Duties:

  • UI & Marketing Assets: Design and animate promo materials, in-game UI (menus, HUDs, icons, typography), social graphics, banners, key art, and store assets with minimal revisions
  • End-to-End Execution: Conceptualize—from wireframes/mockups through final deliverables—high-quality graphic designs in diverse styles, iterating based on sprint feedback and technical constraints
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain cohesive visual guidelines (color palettes, typography, iconography) to ensure consistency across products and channels
  • Production Velocity: Estimate and complete tasks within the appropriate velocity for your level, proactively flagging scope or timeline risks
  • Feedback & Collaboration: Participate actively in retros, brainstorming, and sprint planning. Apply team and player/community feedback to enhance user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with content designers, game designers, producers, and engineers to ship visuals on time and on budget
  • Tool Adoption: Master existing toolset (Animate CC, Illustrator, Photoshop) and learn new software quickly with guidance

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years as a Visual Designer (games, interactive media, or digital products)
  • Portfolio showcasing design, branding, and marketing graphics.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign)
  • Production-Ready Skills: Able to produce polished promos and visual assets with little revision
  • Conceptual Strength: Independently conceive and execute high-quality graphics in multiple styles
