Project Foundry is looking to a social media coordinator to manage a up to 4 real estate clients about 10 -15 hours a week for the foreseeable future. There is an opportunity to grow.

You will be asked to work at 1655 Dupont Ave for the first 3 Tuesdays ( 3-4 hrs) as a part of the onboarding process.

The Social Media Coordinator will be accountable for:

  • Developing and executing against a social media calendar for 5 different real estate related clients
  • Creating engaging and relevant social media content social media channels
  • Working collaboratively with clients to create and manage social media content calendars
  • Maintaining client brand standards and brand voice across all social media channels
  • Publishing content to client social media pages using our social media management tool
  • Measuring the performance of social media content and user engagement
  • Contributing to regular scorecards for social media initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-Secondary degree
  • 1-3 years working experience in marketing or real estate with a a proven track record and work examples
  • A Strong knowledge and understanding of social media channels, trends and metrics
  • Experience working with social media management tools for publishing and reporting
  • Excellent consulting, writing, and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking
  • Familiar with using software such as Hootsuite/ Canva /Creator Studio is a must.
  • Ability to design via Photoshop/ Canva / Illustrator
  • A strong love and knowledge of Toronto
  • Real Estate is essential
