Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide product information and assist with order processing
– Escalate any customer issues or concerns as needed
– Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
