The next chapter is about transforming the Dashboard into a “power tool” for payment professionals. The Dashboard team is responsible for the scaffolding of the Dashboard (e.g. navigation, search, settings), governing frameworks (e.g. information architecture), and core experiences that set the standard (e.g. managing your customers, customizing your home page).We’re hiring a product manager to shape the Dashboard strategy, amplify its impact across the company, and accelerate Stripe’s mission to increase the GDP of the internet.What you’ll doYou will evolve the Dashboard to meet the needs of any business model. Improve wayfinding mechanisms to increase user productivity and product discovery. Shape the information architecture to encourage interoperability. Develop a strategy and roadmap for a more personalized Dashboard. Write the playbook for interoperability across the numerous layers of indirection in the Dashboard. Partner with third-party developers to understand how the Dashboard can better serve their needsResponsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering and design across time zones (PST, EST, CET) to ship high impact functionality that delights users, product teams, and third-party developers

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, design, or engineering with at least 3+ years in senior capacity making company-level product decisions
  • Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles and best practices
  • Technical familiarity with personalization systems, data modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong written and verbal communication across business, design, and engineering audiences
  • Demonstrated experience leading company-wide initiatives influencing technical roadmaps

Hybrid work at StripeThis role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.Pay and benefitsThe annual salary range for this role in the primary location is C$188,300 – C$282,500. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
