The Quaker Customer Credit and Deductions Manager oversees a team of five employees and is responsible for managing accounts receivable and trade functions. They are also tasked with leading technological advancements and ERP solutions for the department. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential for this role.
Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
– Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
– Provide information about products and services to customers
– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting productivity goals
– Stay current on company products, services, and processes
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
– Strong attention to detail
– Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers
