Role Overview:
BFT Eastern is looking for a part-time Fitness Sales & Studio Growth Coordinator to build a member base ahead of the studio’s grand opening this fall. This role involves sales outreach and grassroots marketing, focusing on lead generation, relationship-building, and member engagement, both online and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Conversion: Connect with new leads through various communication channels, educate on BFT offerings, guide leads toward conversions, and track outreach via CRM.
  • Community Outreach & Lead Generation: Plan and attend local events, promote BFT through partnerships, and actively engage in community fitness initiatives.
  • Member Engagement & Event Support: Onboard new members and support community events, ensuring high-energy interactions.
  • Social Media Support: Assist with BFT’s Instagram presence, capture event content, and grow digital outreach.
  • Marketing Operations & Reporting: Track performance metrics and share insights for improved outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in sales, marketing, events, or boutique fitness preferred
  • Energetic communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Experience with Instagram, including Reels and Stories
  • Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals
