Job Description

Technology Facilitator

Location: Ottawa

Job Type: Full Time

Primary Responsibilities:
– Support the development, planning, and implementation of technology integration in the classroom.
– Collaborate with teachers to implement technology projects that enhance teaching and learning.
– Provide professional development and training to teachers on technology tools and integration strategies.
– Troubleshoot technology issues and provide support to teachers and students as needed.
– Evaluate and recommend new technology tools and resources for classroom use.
– Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in technology integration in education.
– Collaborate with the IT department and other technology facilitators to ensure seamless technology integration across the organization.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in technology integration in education.
– Strong knowledge of educational technology tools and resources.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think critically.

Responsibilities

  • Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and working with team to prepare client reports.

  • Compile AdWords performance reports.
  • Coordinate with web designers, artists and technicians in order to create digital content for client’s website design.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of web interfaces including layout design and concept.
  • Procure or create JPEGs, PDFs, video, clip art, graphs, charts, thumbnail images, and other web design elements.
  • Create and maintain log files of web site hits by unique visitors, number of pages viewed, and other web metrics.
  • Launch, track and Optimize lead generation AdWords campaigns for Kingstar Media, Kingstar Direct and Distilled Creative.
  • Where necessary, write and edit web copy.

Attributes

  • Degree or certificate or equivalent in online marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing SEO/SEM/social media efforts within an agency
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools (Premier Pro, PowToon)
  • Expertise with web analytics
  • Expertise with web technology implementation
  • A passion for social media
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Preferably Google Ads Search Certified

Digital Marketing Operations

  • Manage the digital marketing operations of the business.
  • Assist in the management of adidas customer acquisition strategies through various marketing channels, ultimately hitting or surpassing our goals.
  • Responsible for creating omnichannel email programs based on customer development and lifecycle campaign designs. Partner with local CRM, global CRM, and Brand marketing teams to understand and deliver against program briefs.
  • Day-to-day management of the CRM campaign portfolio including triggered, newsletter and all email deployments.
  • Manage relationships with key internal partners, including Global Digital Brand Commerce, Brand Activation, and Business Unit relationships. Serve as primary point of contact for email marketing initiatives.

  • Experience with online advertising (creative and media development), and overall online project management, planning, development and processes.

  • Strong time management, organization and logic skills
  • Decision making skills and extensive use of judgment
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
