As a communications advisor, you help promote the organization’s projects, policies and programs by designing and developing communications and sharing them within Collabria Financial and with its partners and cardholders.
You will be accountable for the timely, accurate and effective development and execution of communication plans informing both internal Collabria Financial stakeholders along with external partner stakeholders of relevant project and marketing plan initiatives.
You develop tools, methods, and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.
You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
You help establish and promote the organization’s brand reputation and as part of your role, you may be called upon to create and update social and digital media communications.
General Information on the Position
As the Communications Advisor you will:
Main responsibilities
Diagnose issues, challenges and needs related to communications projects to determine target outcomes
Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs, and action plans
Analyze information and stakeholder requests, conduct studies, and write reports. Make recommendations
Create content with the purpose of communicating with our stakeholders in both utilizing a variety of mediums, ensuring the overall relevance and consistency of the interactions
Prioritize your work and manage parallel deliverables
Collaborate with various stakeholders and interact with cross-functional teams
Be able to write in simple, compelling language.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience communicating in the B2B space with the ability to create effective partner engagement strategies

Very good knowledge with project and organizational skills
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
Knowledge of organizational change management communication techniques
Knowledge Marketing Cloud Email Studio (an asset)
