A new salesperson is needed to join a team in Halifax, NS. The role involves reporting to the Branch Manager, determining strategic sales approaches, pursuing commercial and project sales opportunities, and providing sales support.
Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Calgary, AB
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Proficient in MS Office
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
