Job Description:
Infineo US LLC, a leading technology and managed services provider, is currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to our operations department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
– General office administration tasks such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and maintaining records
– Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the operations team
– Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
– Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
– Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
– Supporting the operations team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Strong organizational and time management skills
